Refund policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Additionally, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for orders.
We ensure that all orders are carefully packed with extra protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

A video recording of the unboxing is required for any damage claims.
- Please note that damage or loss occurring in transit is not covered by us. However, if the product has minor damage during transportation, such as loose joints, we will provide a special glue to fix it.
- If the product arrives completely damaged due to transit, we will offer a replacement.
- We do not give any Warranty/ Guarantee of the LED of the Product.
