Shipping policy

We strive to deliver all orders in perfect condition and within a timely manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines:

Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 working days from the date of your order. Delivery times may vary based on your location, with most orders arriving within 10 to 12 working days after dispatch.

Packaging
All orders are packaged with great care, using extra materials as necessary to avoid any damage during transit.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched and picked up by the shipping carrier, BYG Architects will not be held responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during transit. Any such issues should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking details provided.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the package. These charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within India.

Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, BYG Architects will not be responsible for reshipment costs or delays. Re-delivery will only be processed once the reshipping fees are paid.

Non-Liability Post Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched and picked up from our location, BYG Architects is no longer liable for the package. Any concerns regarding damage or loss in transit should be directed to the shipping carrier.

Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address at the time of placing your order. We cannot accommodate address change requests after dispatch.
